• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,010 - $2,340
• Shift Duration: 12 hours
• Setting: Pediatric intensive care environment
• Additional Schedule Notes: Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 2 years of nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• ONS certification required
• Experience with oncology and chemotherapy administration preferred
• BMT experience recommended
• Previous travel nurse experience is not required
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality pediatric nursing care in a fast-paced PICU setting
• Administer chemotherapy and support oncology-related patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support complex patient needs and positive outcomes
• Monitor critically ill patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols and standards of care
• Assist with patient throughput and coordinate care to support efficient unit operations
• Float only as needed, with rare movement to another unit if assigned hours are available
