Opportunity:

PT, OT, Speech - Home Health

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible scheduling
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Minor holidays required, major holidays only if needed
• Home-based care setting assigned to a geographical region
• Use Cerner EMR system for charting
• Business attire with white lab coat required, no jeans permitted
• Required certification: BLS Certification
• Speech therapists: CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential preferred
• Must have experience with OASIS (government mandated form)
• Minimum one year of experience in PT, OT, or Speech required
• Home health setting experience preferred but not required
• Treat patients with conditions including orthopedic injuries, strokes, joint conditions, spinal injuries, and a variety of speech-related diagnoses
• Floor-specific orientation period of 1.5 to 2 weeks provided
