Opportunity:

TRAVEL - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Day shift hours from 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM with variable pre-post shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab with 3 holding bays and 2 cath suites
• Patient ratio of 3 staff to 1 patient
• Operate GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment
• EMR system: Meditech
• Perform procedures including left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests
• Must take on-call responsibilities with the rest of the team, typically 8-12 days per 4-week schedule
• Must be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab for on-call purposes
• Weekend call required, typically one weekend per 4-week block
• Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R), and RCIS or RCES
• If holding RCIS or RCES, must be willing to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to starting
• ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred
• Holding experience and monitoring experience preferred
