Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts primarily in outpatient setting
• Daily census of 8 patients with 8 visits per day
• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract period
• 1 year of experience required, 2 years strongly preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• BLS certification preferred
• State license required
• Float within service line as needed to meet facility requirements
• Required skills include assessment, discharge planning, evaluation, goal setting, plan of care development
• Work with various equipment including hospital beds, lift devices, mobility aids, and prosthetics
• Provide care for geriatric and orthopedic patient populations
• Experience in acute care, outpatient clinic, and skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Dress code: khaki pants and black top
• Use EPIC charting system
• 16 hours of orientation required
• Complete compliance documentation 2 Fridays before start date
• 10-15 hours of pre-start modules required
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed
