Opportunity:
PT - Location: Specialty Bakersfield
Job Details:
• 8-week contract for Epic conversion
• Day shift schedule working 40 hours per week (4x10s)
• Floating required to other sites (AHDL, AHTV, AHBD) as needed depending on staffing and census, with AHSB as the primary site
• Must start by 8/24/26 with orientation on August 3rd or August 17th
• Guaranteed hours: scheduled hours are billable unless the worker voluntarily calls or takes time off; any contract surpassing 8 weeks will no longer have guaranteed hours past the 8th week
• Cerner and Epic experience within the last 5 years required; must have worked as an employee of an organization or successfully completed a contract
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy or a related field required
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Valid California driver's license required when travel is needed
• AHA BLS certification required
• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for registration required
• Membership in APTA preferred
