Opportunity:

Home Health PT - Seaside OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts
• Patient ratio of 1:1 with up to 6 patients visited per day; 30 productivity points standard
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted within 50-75 mile radius
• Guaranteed hours: facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• Traveler must have their own reliable transportation
• Occasional maximum travel radius of approximately 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
• Oasis experience required
• Charting system: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover phone app; Oasis
• Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
• Free parking available
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
• Required certification: BLS
• Relevant skills include acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility, body mechanics, post-operative care, spinal conditions, joint replacements, neurological conditions, and patient/family education
