Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Work with advanced equipment including TrueBeam, Halcyon, TrueBeam Edge, and TrueBeam Edge
• Treat approximately 80 patients per day
• Perform treatment types including SRS, SRT, SBRT, VMAT, 3D, Electrons, and HyperArc (no total skin or total body)
• Black scrubs required
• EMR system: EPIC
• At least 24 months of recent and current Radiation Therapy experience required
• Travel experience highly preferred
• EPIC experience required
• ARIA/Eclipse experience highly preferred
• TrueBeam, Halcyon, and TrueBeam Edge equipment experience highly preferred
• Iowa State Radiation Oncology license highly preferred; licensing candidates will be considered
• ARRT certificate must list "T - Radiation Therapy" discipline required
• Skills checklist specific to Radiation Therapy required
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)
• Professional reference from within 24 months from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO preferred
• Valid driver's license required

This radiation oncology facility operates with a highly specialized team consisting of four radiation oncologists, three physicists, and five dosimetrists.
