Job Details:

• Day shift schedule working 5x8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend every third weekend
• Shift hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities
• Acute care experience required
• Must have experience using Epic in acute care settings with Navigator
• California Physical Therapy license required
• BLS certification required
