Opportunity:

MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Travel candidates may be assigned to 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Candidates confirmed to 12-hour shifts are guaranteed a minimum of 36 hours per one-week work period
• Candidates confirmed to shifts less than 12 hours are guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per one-week work period
• Occasional weekend coverage required based on department needs
• On-call required every Wednesday from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM and every 3rd weekend
• Daily caseload of 12 patients per tech in 1 room
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT-R and BLS
• Work setting experience required: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, and Adult ICU
• General skills experience required: IV Starts
• Equipment experience required: 1.5 Siemens Avanto scanner
• Charting experience using Epic (Excellian) required
• Scrub color: Dark Gray
• Will float between sister facilities as needed
• Requested time off ideally no more than 5 days

This acute care hospital is a teaching facility with Level 4 trauma designation, offering a comprehensive range of medical services.
