Opportunity:

RN - MedSurg/Tele

Job Details:

• Must be located 50+ miles from the facility
• Work on a 36-bed MedSurg/Tele unit located on 3 South in the South Tower
• Patient ratio of 6 to 1
• Every other weekend or 2 full weekends per month required
• Day shift staffing includes 1 Charge Nurse, 6 Nurses (RN/LPN mix), 3 Techs, and 1 Secretary
• Night shift staffing includes 1 Charge Nurse, 6 Nurses (RN/LPN mix), and 3 Techs
• Must have MedSurg Tele experience - candidates without this will not be considered
• Must have Meditech EMR experience - candidates without this will not be considered
• Time management and critical thinking skills preferred
• Experience with heart catheterizations preferred
• Equipment used includes EKG Machine, DynaMaps, Bladder Scanner, Vein Finder, and Telemetry
• Floating to all MedSurg Tele floors may be required
• Scrub color required: Ceil Blue
• ACLS certification required prior to submission
• Positive attitude, friendly, and helpful personality preferred

The facility utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and is equipped with modern medical technology to support diverse patient care needs.
