Opportunity:
RN - Labor and Delivery
Job Details:
• Rotating shift schedule with various days of the week
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• Weekend shifts required per unit needs - approximately 5 to 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• On-call required per unit needs
• Float required within the Women and Infant unit
• May be required to float within metro region per facility needs
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required; prior travel experience preferred
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
• Scrub color: Navy
• 19-room Women's and Infants Labor and Delivery unit
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
• Colorado or compact RN license required
• Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
• RTO is not allowed during the following time periods: September 2 through September 12, 2026; October 25 through November 4, 2026; November 22 through December 2, 2026; December 20 through January 3, 2027
• No blocked scheduling requests permitted
• Completion of all facility-specific modules required within the first week of assignment
• Skills include but are not limited to: administration of blood and blood products, labor and delivery, cesarean section, epidural anesthesia, magnesium sulfate therapy, postpartum hemorrhage management, fetal heart monitoring, Pitocin administration, and wound assessment and care

This facility is a large, well-established health system offering comprehensive women's and infants services, including a dedicated 19-room Labor and Delivery unit. The facility provides robust interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response teams, and interpretation services. The organization is committed to high-quality patient care and maintains a self-scheduling model to support staff flexibility within unit needs.
