Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (X-Ray & CT)

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 shifts, Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend coverage required per shift schedule
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), SCRQSA (R), SCRQSA (CT)
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Epic charting system experience required
• Sectra used for PACS system
• Scrub color: Black and/or Teal
• Free parking available with pass distributed at start
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Perform CT and X-ray imaging for ED, inpatient, and outpatient exams
• Serve patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of approximately 40 patients
• Equipment includes one Siemens CT scanner, two Shimadzu portable X-ray machines, and one GE X-ray room
• Must be able to produce high-quality special imaging with minimal supervision
• Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Skills required include: abdomen without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, pelvis without and/or with contrast, vascular CTA, pulmonary embolism CTA, multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), musculoskeletal trauma, radiation safety, PACS, preparation and administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, and isolation precautions/PPE

Facility:

This acute care hospital is a 75-bed facility offering emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient imaging services. The radiology department is supported by modern imaging equipment and an interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality diagnostic care. The facility utilizes advanced technology including a Siemens CT scanner and a Sectra PACS system to support a wide range of imaging needs across multiple patient populations.
