Unit Description:
Shift: M-F 8a-4:30p, no weekends or call
- 1-2 years of current home health experience
- Must have Oasis experience
- Will be seeing new to home care patients, patients needing wound care, new diagnostics, medication and disease education
- Service Area - Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Chesapeake
