Description

Location: Newark, New Jersey
Schedule: Mon - Fri | 3:30pm - 12:00am |
Setting: Hospital - All departments including OR

Weekly Gross: $2,700 + benefit eligibility
Work in a hospital setting
Optional paid Siemens Healthineers training (assignment dependent)
Build experience with a globally recognized healthcare organization
High likelihood of extension
Equipment: Siemens Multix C Impact, GE C-arms, and Carestream portables

What You'll Be Doing

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper radiation protection at all times
Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, reporting any malfunctions as needed
Accurately document procedures and patient information in electronic medical records
Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare team members to support patient care
Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance standards

What You Need

ARRT(R) certification
BLS (American Heart Association) certification
Minimum 2 years of x-ray experience
New Jersey Rad Tech license (can apply upon offer)
