Registered Nurse (RN) - Banner University Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ

Position Details

  • Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Requirements

  • Must not have an Arizona home address on their driver’s license.
  • Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma PCU experience is required.
  • Certifications must be from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, active at time of submission and included in application.
  • No Nursys hits allowed.
  • Active Arizona nursing license required at time of submission (verification must be less than 30 days old).
  • Travel experience is preferred.
  • Must provide a valid driver’s license.
  • Skills checklist specific to the discipline must be less than one year old.
  • Resume must include all facilities worked at, facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units.
  • Banner Cover Page must be completely filled out with all requested information.

Assignment Details

  • Start date should be on or very soon after the order start date.
  • Return to Office (RTO) requests:
    • Must be less than 7 days.
    • Will not be approved during the first week of assignment or on holidays.
  • Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
  • Non-billable hours are adjusted to 16 hours per assignment.
  • Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty.
