CT Tech Position - Port Orchard, Washington

Job Details

Certification & Licensing Requirements

• WA state license required at time of application
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA)
• Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)
• Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
• Imaging license required

Department Information

• Department: Radiology - CT (Computed Tomography)
• Number of scanners/rooms: 1 X-ray, 1 CT
• Equipment: GE scanners
• EMR/PACS systems used: EPIC, SECTRA
• No cardiac CT or angiography performed
• Average scans per day: ~20
• No floating or coverage of other areas required
• No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRA) on site
• No radiologist in-house
• IV starts required occasionally

Work Schedule

• Shifts available:

  • 2 x 0.9 Day positions (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
  • 2 x 0.9 Night positions (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Weekend and holiday requirements vary
• No call or standby requirements

• Preferred scrub color: Black (scrubs not provided)
• On-site department-specific orientation provided
• Customer service skills are essential
