Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- On-call: 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM (weekdays)
- On-call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (weekends)
- On-call frequency: Every other week (10-15 days per month)
Required Experience
- Neuro/stroke experience is required
Required Credentials and Compliance (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)
Certifications & Licenses
- BLS (American Heart Association certification)
- License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start (if applicable)
Personal Health History
- Tdap vaccine (or declination if no pediatric interaction)
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
- COVID-19 vaccine proof (including Sept 2025 booster), declination or exemption accepted except in CA or IL
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Fit Test
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of at least 1st vaccination prior to start)
- Influenza vaccine or declination (valid for 10/1/2024 - 4/30/2025 and 10/1/2025 - 4/30/2026)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB (per regional requirements)
- Varicella vaccination or IgG titer proof
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
Professional Requirements
- Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
- Completed Trinity I9 form
- Signed Confidentiality of Patient & Proprietary Information and System Security Agreement
- Signed Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
- Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days of start
- GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days of start
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days of start
- System Access Form (must be completed and uploaded one week before start)
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days of start
Summary
This is a 13-week contract for an Interventional Radiology Technician with neuro/stroke experience. The position requires weekday and weekend on-call availability every other week. Candidates must meet extensive credentialing, health, and compliance requirements prior to starting.
