Job Details

- Health & Immunizations:
- MMR: Proof of two vaccines or positive titer; no declinations accepted
- Varicella: Proof of two vaccines, immunity, or history; no declinations accepted
- Hepatitis B: Vaccination series completion or signed declination
- Influenza vaccine during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); declinations accepted with mask requirement
- Tdap: Valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted
- TB Testing: 2-step PPD or IGRA within required timeframes; positive results require chest X-ray and questionnaire
- Fit Test: Required for all travelers; preferred before start, can be done onsite
- Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
- Drug Screening:
- 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually

- Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding education attestation required (6 hours pre-hire training)
