Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Coshocton, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform Diagnostic Radiographic, CT Scan, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, or Special Procedures according to department protocols.
• Serve as the first line interface with customers to meet imaging needs.
• Participate in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) activities.
• Assist in maintaining the Performance Improvement Program.
• Oversee radiology area and/or staff in Manager’s or Director’s absence.
• Maintain department supplies and equipment.
• Schedule for assigned sub-departments.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by the State of Ohio.
• Appropriate national certifications in two imaging modalities (effective July 1, 2017).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Familiarity with State and Federal regulations.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred.

Required Credentials and Compliance

• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 vaccines plus booster or completed declination.
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity.
• Annual Respirator Fit Test (must be completed prior to start if not available onsite).
• Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity (declinations not accepted).
• Influenza Vaccine or declination (required during flu season).
• TB Test within one year of start date.
• Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport.
• Varicella vaccination or immunity.
• Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted in some locations).
• Physical/Health Statement annually, stating clearance to work.
• National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date (with some state-specific timing requirements).
• Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC within 60 days of start. (California locations require additional saliva THC test.)
• Prime Core Competencies Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
• Prime Skills Checklist.
• Prime Specialty Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
• Prime Agency Attestation completed after all credentials are uploaded.
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search completed.
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) or agency attestation.
• Signed Job Description by employee.

• Resume and two professional references (one from a manager or direct supervisor) required at time of offer acceptance.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.

This position is suitable for CT Technologists with at least 1 year of acute clinical radiography experience who hold the necessary certifications and are compliant with healthcare credentialing and immunization requirements.
