Health & Compliance Requirements

  • Vaccinations:
    • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer; boosters if negative
    • Hepatitis B: Titer, series, or signed declination
    • Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; boosters if negative
    • Flu Seasonal Vaccination (2025-26 season): Required unless approved medical/religious exemption
  • Drug Testing: Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (excluding Marijuana/THC)
  • TB Questionnaire: Required and must be updated annually
