Job Opportunity: RN Electrophysiology
Location: Syracuse, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Position: Electrophysiology Lab RN
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, varied shifts
- 4 to 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- 5 to 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- No weekends, no holidays, no call required
- EP (Electrophysiology) experience required
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
- Electronic Health Record system: Epic

Required Credentials & Compliance
Candidates must provide proof of the following before onboarding:
Personal Health History
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster or approved exemption)
- MMR (2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Fit Test (specific mask requirements)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of 1st shot prior to start, subsequent shots as scheduled)
- Influenza Vaccine (or approved declination/exemption)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
- Varicella (1 vaccination or IgG titer)
- Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
- Trinity Color Vision test
Professional Requirements
- Resume and Skills Checklist (within the last year)
- 2 Professional References
- Confidentiality and Security Agreement
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
- GSA/OIG Exclusion check within 30 days
- Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
- Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within last year)
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
- License/Certificate Verification (dated within 30 days of start; state verification required)
- CPI Certification
- Code of Conduct Form (signed)
- I9 Employment Eligibility Verification (completed by agency)
- Specialty Specific Competency Testing (specialty exam within last year)
Requirements / Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- Electrophysiology Lab experience
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- CPI certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
