Job Opportunity: RN Critical Care - Traveler (Days)

Location: Redding, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Description

  • Provide safe patient care in the ICU using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Deliver direct patient care within scope of practice.
  • Guide patient/family teaching and supervise other nursing personnel while maintaining ICU standards of care.
  • Be accountable for assigned patients’ care and communicate clinical changes to physicians, including hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostic results.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes or treatment responses.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
