Description

Job Opportunity: Temporary Physical Therapist (PT) - Rehab (Days)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours.
Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.
Orientation sessions available on multiple dates from February through December.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa (IA).
Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.
Experience with neurologic and orthopedic patients in outpatient therapy.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Must provide work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, required certifications, and one supervisory reference at time of submission.
Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Patient Load

Average census: 12 patients per day.

This is a temporary position with day shifts.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
