Job Opportunity: Temporary Physical Therapist (PT) - Rehab (Days)
Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.
- Orientation sessions available on multiple dates from February through December.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa (IA).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Experience with neurologic and orthopedic patients in outpatient therapy.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must provide work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, required certifications, and one supervisory reference at time of submission.
- Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
Patient Load
- Average census: 12 patients per day.
