Job Opportunity: RN Cath Lab - Traveler (Days)

Health & Immunization Requirements

• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer
• Hepatitis B: 3 doses or positive titer
• Influenza Vaccine: Required October 1 - May 31 or declination accepted
• TB Test: Required
• Varicella: Vaccination or immunity titer
• Tdap: Required (declination rules vary by location)
• Physical/Health Statement: Annual clearance to work required (within 60 days of start for some locations)
• Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC saliva test (California locations only)
• Color-blind Test: Annual requirement
• Fit Test: Annual respirator fit test (onsite testing available at select locations)
