Description

Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp, Outpatient (Days)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Local candidates are NOT allowable; candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility.
Work schedule includes 36-40 hours/week with overtime after 40 hours.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) experience.
Active Iowa Physical Therapist license at time of submission.
CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross BLS).
Valid Driver’s License.
Skills checklist specific to Physical Therapist discipline.
Work history/resume must demonstrate 24 months of current inpatient PT experience.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 prior travel contract completed.
Outpatient pediatrics experience.
Professional references or performance evaluations within the last 24 months.

Additional Information

Orientation sessions are scheduled regularly (dates available upon request).
Prior travel experience is preferred but not explicitly required.
