Description

Job Opportunity: Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work primarily in Stepdown Neuro unit with potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and Emergency Department caring for the same patient population.
Night shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
Must work at least every other holiday.
Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate medication administration exam; passing scores required.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Minimum 1.5 years of Stepdown experience, with Stepdown experience within the last year.
18 months or more of total travel experience.
Current certifications:
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
