CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) - Travel Contract

Location: Lakewood, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

A hospital in Washington is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel contract position. The role involves performing inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient CT exams using GE Optima 660 equipment. The department uses EPIC and McKesson PACS systems.

Schedule & Work Details

• Shifts: Saturday through Monday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• On-call: Every Wednesday from 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Orientation: 2 weeks (approx. 25+ hours, not guaranteed during first 2 weeks)
• IV starts may be required on day shifts (not on graveyard shifts)
• No holiday work required
• Scrub color: Any professional scrub color

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Active WA state license for CT Technologist
• BLS certification
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications

Additional Information

• Radiologist available on-site 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM and reachable by phone 24/7
• Level 4 hospital setting
• Department has 1-2 scans per hour on average
• Dedicated transporter available Mon-Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM and Sat-Mon 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
