Cath Lab Technician - Texas (Mesquite)

Job Details

Location: Mesquite, Texas (floating between two nearby facilities)
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Days, approximately 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible schedule)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
On-Call Requirement: Yes, rotating call 12-15 days per month and every other weekend
- Call hours: Monday-Friday 3:00 PM to 6:30 AM, weekends 24 hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Patient Population: Includes COVID-19 patients
Charting System: Epic
Scrubs: Any color; hospital provides scrubs

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Texas
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT or RCIS

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Candidate will float between two facilities within the region.
On-call schedule is rotating and may vary by unit needs.
Must be able to work with COVID-19 positive patients.
Scrubs are provided by the hospital; any color is acceptable.
