Description

Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4x10 hour shifts, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Minimum 1 year of experience required in Radiology/Cardiology specialty
First-time travelers are welcome

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina
Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or ARC certified
ARRT CT certification required
Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Experience in inpatient, outpatient, ED, and ICU settings

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License/State ID)
Social Security Card
Background check within 60 days covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in the past 7 years
Education verification and transcript/diploma confirming graduation from a Radiology, Imaging, or related educational program
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 40 days of start
Immunizations and health documents including:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine proof
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B titer or declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
Fit mask test completed within the current calendar year (N95 approved types)
Physical exam (if applicable)
Facility-specific documents including photo for badge, health history form, and signed policies

Testing & Competencies

EPIC test (online) with passing score required prior to clearance (2 attempts allowed)
Pass/fail Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam (if applicable)
Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
Color vision test required (except non-clinical roles)

Experience & References

Minimum 1 year of specialty experience required
Prior travel experience not required (first-time travelers accepted)
Two supervisory references required from clinical assignments within the last 24 months (one within 12 months)
Employment application/resume with 7-year work history
Verification of employment for the last 5 years

Additional Notes

Strict zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
Candidates must be flexible with scheduling
Fingerprinting required only for Home Health and Long-Term Care positions (not applicable here)
Candidates must complete onboarding tasks including multi-factor authentication setup for system access
