Radiology Technician - Columbus, Ohio
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Schedule: Every 3rd weekend required
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Health and Immunization Requirements (must be current and documented)
- Fit Test
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB (per regional guidelines)
- COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof or approved exemption/declination (not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine or approved exemption/declination (not accepted in CA or IL)
- Varicella vaccination or IgG titer
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (includes methadone, phencyclidine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, propoxyphene, amphetamines, opiates, 6-acetyl morphine, methaqualone, barbiturates)
Background and Compliance Requirements
- Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering the last 7 years, including SSN verification and all known aliases (dated within 30 days of start)
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days
- National Sex Offender Registry check dated within 30 days (including statewide check for Michigan)
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services, and system access forms as required
- Completion of Trinity Profile including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references
- CORE exam completed within the past year
- Standard I9 verification completed by the agency
Additional Notes
- The agency will provide the skills checklist for clinical contractors
- All required documents must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding as specified
