Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical/Telemetry) - Long-Term Assignment
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse with specialty in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry to provide direct patient care on a long-term assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Telemetry experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification or competency
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Work Schedule
- Every Other Week (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH) rotation.
Additional Notes
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- This is a long-term assignment (LTA) lasting approximately 13 weeks.
- The role involves working in a hospital setting with Medical/Surgical and Telemetry patients.
This position requires thorough compliance with all licensing, certification, health, and background screening requirements prior to start.
