Job Details

• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Grove City, Ohio
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

Health and Safety Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine proof including booster by September 2025, or approved declination/exemption with agency letterhead (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses with dates) or IgG titer lab report.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date (1st shot required; 2nd shot 30 days later; 3rd shot 6 months later). Titers not accepted.
• Influenza vaccine proof or declination/exemption for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 flu seasons (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
• 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year (for some states) or within 5 years otherwise.
• Varicella vaccination proof (1 dose) or IgG titer lab report.
• Fit test for respiratory protection (specific to Iowa: 1860 mask only).
• Physical/Health statement from exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.
• Drug screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days), must be negative and include MRO signature. No THC allowed.

Professional and Compliance Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the past year.
• Two professional references.
• Signed confidentiality and proprietary information agreement.
• Conflict of interest disclosure form.
• Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records for the last 7 years, including SSN verification.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within past 30 days.
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion report dated within past 30 days.
• Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start.
• Joint Commission CORE exam completed within the past year.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including all aliases.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Standard I-9 verification completed by the agency.

This position requires a highly qualified Emergency Room RN with all relevant certifications, health clearances, and compliance documentation completed prior to start. The role is a night shift assignment for approximately 13 weeks in Grove City, Ohio.
