CT Technologist Position - Maryland, Baltimore

Job Details

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year

Health and Safety Requirements (Must be completed prior to or at start of assignment)

• Proof of immunizations or immunity for:

  • MMR (two vaccines or positive titer; no declinations accepted)
  • Varicella (two vaccines, serological evidence, or verified history; no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
  • Tdap vaccine valid within last 10 years (no declinations accepted)
• Influenza vaccine is optional; if declined during flu season, mask wearing is required
• Fit test for respiratory protection (preferred before start, can be done onsite; updated annually)
• Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA within required timeframes, with chest X-ray and TB questionnaire if positive; TB questionnaire updated annually
• Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually, with retesting required if break in service exceeds 90 days

Onboarding and Compliance

• Completion and upload of Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation (6 hours pre-hire training)
• Forward-facing badge photo with white or blue background (no alterations)
• Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and other required screenings completed within 30 days prior to start; updated annually or after break in service > 90 days
• Employment verification for the past 7 years, updated annually or after break in service > 90 days
• Education verification relevant to clinical work completed within 90 days prior to start; must be rerun after break in service > 90 days
• Skills checklist for specialty completed within one year of start and updated annually
• Confirmation of assignment documentation required upon initial assignment and each extension

• No prior travel experience explicitly required
• All documentation must be current and compliant with facility and regulatory standards
• Flu season runs October 1 through March 31; mask required if flu vaccine declined during this period
