Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - CVICU

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) during night shifts.
Every other weekend and some holidays required.
No on-call duties.
Experience with NextStage Continuous Venovenous Hemofiltration (CVVH) machine required.
Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable areas preferred.
Basic Arrhythmia experience required.
Must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
Minimum of 1 year of CVICU experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
