CT Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Perform routine CT scans independently following radiologist protocols.
- Ability to scan per protocols and function without supervision.
- Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation preferred.
- Skills in venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies or drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging are a plus.
- Shifts vary by need; 10-hour varied shifts; no on-call required.
- Must attend employee health appointment the Thursday before start date (arrival required the day before).
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Hawaii
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience working in an acute care setting
Additional Information
- Must have Hawaii license by start of assignment.
- No prior travel experience explicitly required.
