CT Technologist Position
Location: Berwyn, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Summary
Seeking a CT Technologist to work night shifts on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
- ARRT-CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - CT) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC) with Medical Review Officer signature
- Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, and county checks from last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR): Valid license verification dated within 30 days of start
- Education Verification: Highest academic degree or diploma verified by third party screening
- Professional Forms:
- Code of Conduct Form
- Confidentiality and Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- System Access Form (to be completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Additional Screening:
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
- Trinity CORE Exam: Completed within the last year
- Skills Checklist: Provided by agency for clinical contractors
