X-Ray Technologist (Long-Term Assignment)
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM, every other weekend (EOW)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certification
- Must hold a current ARRT certification
- Must have a valid state X-Ray Technologist license (verification dated within 30 days of start)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association required
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
Health & Immunization Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof (or approved declination/exemption letter; declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
- Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start (1st shot before start, 2nd shot 30 days later, 3rd shot 6 months later); titers not accepted
- Influenza vaccine (optional): Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption accepted (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report
- Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan
- Fit test for respirator use required
Screening & Documentation
- Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC) with MRO signature
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide check for Michigan
- Trinity-specific forms including confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services, system access, and I9 completed and signed as required
- Specialty-specific competency testing and CORE exam completed within the last year
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
Additional Notes
- Must complete and upload all required documentation and verifications prior to start date
- Specialty-specific competency and CORE exams must be current within one year
- Respirator evaluation with physician signature required
This position is suitable for X-Ray Technologists who meet licensure and certification requirements and can comply with comprehensive health, immunization, and screening protocols. The shift includes late evenings and every other weekend coverage.
