X-Ray Technologist Position - Pontiac, Michigan
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, every other weekend (EOW)
Required Qualifications
- Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Health and Immunization Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof (or approved declination/exemption letter) valid through September 2025
- MMR: Proof of two vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
- Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start date (1st shot before start, 2nd shot 30 days later, 3rd shot 6 months later); titers not accepted
- Influenza vaccine: Optional, but proof or declination accepted
- Varicella: Proof of one vaccination or IgG titer lab report
- Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction
- TB Screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test required; if positive, chest x-ray within last year for Michigan
- Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
- Fit Test: Required (specific mask type for Iowa only)
Drug Screening
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days), must include specified substances; no THC allowed
Professional and Compliance Requirements
- Background checks including federal, nationwide, and county criminal checks from last 7 years, plus SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide check for Michigan
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services, and system access forms
- Trinity-specific CORE exam and specialty competency testing within the last year
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
- Standard I-9 completed by agency
- Color vision test
