Diagnostic Sonographer
Location: Ontario, Oregon
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Summary
Perform diagnostic sonography procedures in a clinical setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ultrasound Technologist license in Oregon
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Ultrasound Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records for the past 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
- Verification of license/certification dated within 30 days of start
- Completion of various professional forms including code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, conflict of interest disclosure, integrity and audit services form, and system access form
- Completion of CORE exam and Joint Commission testing within the last year
- National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check dated within 30 days of start
- Skills checklist provided and completed by the agency prior to start
Additional Information
- Resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references required for submission
- All required documents must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding
- Must comply with all health and safety protocols as outlined
