CT Technologist Travel Assignment - Olympia Fields, IL
Position Details
- Specialty: CT Technologist (CT, Cardiac CTA)
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (10 weeks)
- Shift: Days, approximately 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (day/evening shifts 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM)
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Call Requirements: None
- Number of Openings: 1
- Facility Type: Community-based hospital setting
- Patient Types: Inpatient, Emergency, Outpatient
- Equipment Used: GE, Canon CT scanners
- EMR System: EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
- Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) certification
- DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
Onboarding Requirements
- Completion of agency attestation and education modules prior to start
- Prime Core Competencies Exam with a minimum score of 80%
- Prime Skills Checklist submission required
- Badge photo (clear headshot) for facility ID
- Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
- Signed job description within the past year
- Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP)
Work Environment and Dress Code
- Scrub color: charcoal gray
- No unacceptable attire specified beyond scrubs
