RN Perioperative Circulator
Location
- Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Schedule
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Call and weekends required
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma or a current multistate compact RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute operating room environment
- OR Circulate experience within the last year
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Perioperative experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher from a board-approved program
- CNOR certification
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care in the operating room
- Evaluate and document all components of perioperative care
- Individualize patient care based on health status, age, and procedure
Additional Notes
- Some computer skills are needed
- Excellent understanding of AORN standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
