MRI Technologist - Mobile MRI

Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)

Job Description

• Operate as the sole MRI Technologist on a mobile MRI unit traveling Monday through Friday.
• Work hours typically start between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM.
• Travel daily on a semi-truck mobile MRI unit; a driver is provided, so no driving required.
• Travel radius up to 150 miles outside Sioux Falls, covering 1 to 3 hospitals per day across South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.
• No night or weekend shifts.
• Must badge in and out at each facility.
• Scrubs color: Gray.

• GE Explorer Lift 24.0 OS 1.5T
• GE Architect 26.0 OS 3.0T
• Siemens Espree 1.5T
• SECTRA PACS system
• VRAD night service
• EPIC Electronic Charting

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification and MR registration.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of MRI experience preferred.
• Proficient in Neuro, MSK (musculoskeletal), and Abdominal imaging.
• Ability to work independently.
• No floating to other units; strictly Mobile MRI.

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be willing to travel daily on the mobile MRI semi-truck.
• Local candidates within an 80-mile radius of Sioux Falls are considered local.
• Candidates who have previously worked for the employer must have ended employment at least 6 months prior to submission.
