Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Shift Details
- Night shift primarily (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
- May include some mid/day shifts based on staffing needs
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
Unit & Patient Details
- Emergency Room (ER) with Trauma and Adult Emergency focus
- Bed count: 21
- Average daily census: 140 patients
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
- Charting system: Epic
- Scrub color: Blue Navy
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience working with adult patients
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
- Harassment Prevention Training Certificate (California mandated)
