Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift Length: 12 hours per day
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in Labor & Delivery with adherence to the highest standards for breastfeeding support based on evidence-based practices recommended by WHO and UNICEF.
• Work in a facility recognized for patient safety and clinical excellence, including top national safety grades and multiple patient safety awards.
• Facility offers a full continuum of medical specialties and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging available 24/7.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.

• Holiday and overtime pay multipliers apply.
