OR RN - Scrub/Circulator (Contract)
Location: Calais, Maine
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide safe, effective, and quality patient- and family-centered care during the perioperative period.
- Perform roles including scrubbing, circulating, and working in the recovery room as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the perioperative team.
- Maintain confidentiality and support organizational mission and values.
- Work schedule: Monday through Thursday, full-time (40 hours per week), day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year.
- Perioperative nursing experience.
- Medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
