Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Location: Bangor, Maine
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Week: 40

Job Summary

Perform patient care functions under supervision, following state nursing board regulations and facility policies.
Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse provides direct supervision during assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Skills and Other Requirements

Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Team player
Flexible hours

Additional Information

Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract
If residing within 50 miles of the facility, pay rate adjustment applies (not included here)
