Description

Cath Lab Tech (Interventional Radiology)

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description

  • Position requires strong Interventional Radiology (IR) experience with Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL) experience preferred.
  • Weekend work is required.
  • On-call required: 12-13 days of call in a 6-week period.
  • Call hours: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM weekdays; 5:30 PM Friday – 7:00 AM Monday on weekends, rotating call team.
  • No floating outside scope or to sister facilities.
  • First-time travelers are not accepted.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year.
  • Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist and Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Current certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • RCIS certification.
