Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient (Days)

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical physical therapy care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be required to float within the physical therapy discipline across local campuses.
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
• Orientation occurs every Monday.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Iowa
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records system preferred.
• Copies of additional certifications preferred.

Patient Population / Clinical Focus

• Deconditioned, post-operative, and post-hospitalization patients.
