Registered Nurse (RN) — Emergency Room
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Employment type: Temp
Shift: Nights
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per day: 12
Role Summary
- Provide nursing care within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
- Apply the nursing process to patient care.
- Teach patients and significant others.
- Document patient care in the medical record.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- 2 years of ED - Emergency Department experience.
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
- Experience in an acute care setting.
- ACLS (AHA) issued by the American Heart Association.
- BLS (AHA) issued by the American Heart Association.
- TNCC.
- PALS (AHA) issued by the American Heart Association.
