Occupational Therapist - Home Health (Travel Contract)

Location: Rancho Cordova, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Job Description

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting.
• Average of four visits per day, including evaluations and revisits.
• Coverage area includes northeastern Sacramento, Folsom, and Woodland (Yolo County).
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with first-to-float assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active California OT license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Must provide two supervisory references at time of application (one within the last 12 months, one within the last 3 years).
• Legal name on application must match government-issued ID (no middle initials or middle names).

Additional Information

• Candidates with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentials and home health experience may be considered if no OT applicants are available.
